The building of the new Neve Dekalim Community Center in Ashkelon has been made possible by a generous donation from the Legacy Heritage Fund in America.
The new community center is being built on a 700 meter site, and will complete the complex which also contains the Family After-school Day-Care Facility and the Center for Excellence.
